I can't get my order to go through, what can I do?  You can give us a call at the shop and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. 218-346-7272

When will my order ship? We process orders every morning and ship that day. If you place an order after noon it will be processed and shipped the next day.

How long does it take to get my order? Orders are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail. It usually takes 3 business days for delivery throughout the US from where we are in Minnesota.

How do I get a tracking number? We ship through Pitney Bowes. When your shipping label is created we include your email address for tracking information. Look for an email from Pitney Bowes that will have your tracking information. If you can't find an email from them you can contact orders@baywindowquiltshop.com and we can look it up for you.

Can I return my order? We offer returns on merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase from our website. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. There is also a $5 restocking fee on all returned orders. After 30 days, we do not accept any returns. Please contact orders@baywindowquiltshop.com if you plan to return an item.

There was an error in my order, what do I do? Please contact us immediately if you find an error in your order. Please email orders@baywindowquiltshop.com or call our shop 218-346-7272.
