We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express on our secure website. If you would prefer to use PayPal please contact us by emailing katie@baywindowquiltshop.com. We add $0.30 to an order if processed through PayPal.

Orders for fabric, quilt kits, patterns, or other merchandise are returnable within 30 days from the date of the order. The customer is responsibile for the return postage expense. There is also a $5 restocking fee for all returned orders. Please email katie@baywindowquiltshop.com prior to returning your order.

Tickets to events or bus trips, gift certificates, and club registrations are nonrefundable, but transferable. Please notify Bay Window Quilt Shop if you transfer the ownership of any of these items to someone else. Thanks!
