What are your store hours?
Our store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday.
May I return an order that I have received?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the price of the goods, but not the shipping charge. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. There is a $5 restocking fee for returning your order. Please call or email us in advance to let us know you plan to return something.
Can I redeem coupons online?
Yes, please type in the coupon code in the comments section when you are filling out your shipping information at checkout. Only Bay Window Quilt Shop coupons will be honored.

When will my order ship?
We try to ship all orders (with the exceptions of backorders) that are received before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard time the same day.
How do I sign up for the 50 yard club?
When you are filling out your shipping information at checkout, type in 50 yard club in the comments section. There is no charge for this club. Yardage purchased will be recorded and when you reach 50 yards, you will receive $20.00 off your next order.
May I cancel an order I have placed?
Yes, an order may be canceled before it has shipped. There is a $5 restocking fee for canceling any order that has been placed on our website.
Can I sign up for classes online?
Because class status changes daily, we do not allow signing up online. However, you may email us and we will be happy to get back to you with the availability of the class you are interested in. Email us at info@baywindowquiltshop.com
Is my personal information secure?
All orders placed online are secure. All orders are processed individually by our staff and credit card information is not stored after orders are finalized.
Will the yardage be put on my fabric card?
Yes, if you request us to do so in the comments section of your order. Our store has a Fifty yard club, every yard of fabric you purchase at 20% off or less, will be recorded on a card. When you have purchased fifty yards of fabric, you will receive $20 off your next order of $20 or more.
International Shipping Charges
We ship international packages via the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are: $0- 40.00: $12.00; $40.01-80.00: $24.00 and Over $80.00: $40.00. If there are any additional charges we will contact you. If your country does not accept Global Priority Mail the shipping prices will vary based on Airmail rates. If your order is over $200 we may mail your package via UPS Express.
